PAYMENT

At the time a booking has been confirmed, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required. The balance is payable 14 days prior to departure.

CANCELLATION BY YOU

If you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit. If you cancel after you have paid the full balance, we will offer a refund (less your deposit) if we are able to re-book your trip.

CANCELLATION BY US

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel, you will be offered an alternative date if appropriate or a refund.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER

Fortunately this will be a rare event as ‘Good Times’ has a lovely deck area which can be completely enclosed if it is cold or wet. If the weather is so ‘wild & windy’ that the Skipper makes the decision that the trip will be unsafe or very unpleasant, we will offer a full refund. However if customers decide that they do not wish to take part in the trip due to the weather, we cannot offer a refund.

ALCOHOL

We are not licensed to sell alcohol but you are welcome to bring your own - glasses will be supplied. The consumption of alcohol will be at the Skipper’s discretion and guests will be asked to stop drinking if safety is compromised. Unfortunately if anyone refuses to comply with the Skipper’s instructions in this regard we will have to return to port where you will be immediately asked to leave the boat. There will be no refund in this circumstance.

MUSIC

We do not hold a PPR licence; however if you have booked the whole boat, you are welcome to bring your own music.

SAFETY

Life jackets are carried and will be individually fitted. Although wearing them is usually optional, there may be occasions when the skipper will ask for them to be compulsory. All other safety equipment has been fully tested and complies to the MCA standard.
